Billy's just a young man, but instead of having a heart of stone, he has a goofy keffiyeh and a slacker attitude.  He also has the ability to freeze time when he wants.  He uses these powers for petty thievery, cuz he ain't got no damn money.  He doesn't have much aspiration in life otherwise.

Cassie is a do-gooder in university who is almost completely invincible, which helps her aspirations of being a superheroine.  She lets her superpowers do most of her thinking for her, which isn't saying much, because she doesn't really know what she's doing.
